Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Logibee collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data when you visit our websites, use our platform and mobile applications, submit discovery or demo requests, or otherwise interact with our services.

By using Logibee services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Who We Are

Logibee is a logistics operations platform brand operated by Connectsys Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. References to “Logibee” in this Policy include Connectsys Private Limited and its affiliates where applicable.

Scope

This Policy applies to personal data collected through Logibee websites and domains, including *.logibee.net, *.logibee.in, *.logibee.ai, *.logibee.io, *.logibee.co, and *.logibee.org, the Logibee SaaS platform, mobile applications, APIs, support channels, and discovery or sales inquiry forms.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or integrations linked from Logibee properties. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Personal Data We Collect

Personal data means information that identifies or relates to an identifiable individual, such as name, business contact details, account credentials, employment information, device or usage data, and other information linked to you in a business or service context.

We may collect personal data when you create an account, use the platform, contact support, subscribe to communications, apply for employment, attend events, or otherwise interact with Logibee.

• Identity and contact information such as name, company, work email, phone number, and job role.
• Account and authentication information such as login credentials and account preferences.
• Operational and logistics data processed through the platform in accordance with customer agreements.
• Communications you send to us, including support tickets, feedback, and sales inquiries.

Discovery Form Data

When you submit a Logibee Discovery Session request or similar form on our website, we collect information you provide and contextual data associated with your submission.

• Name, company, and work email.
• Mobile number, if provided.
• Primary interest area and brief description of your operational challenge.
• Preferred meeting date, time, and timezone.
• Source page, landing page, referrer URL, and current page URL.
• UTM parameters and campaign attribution fields, where present.
• Browser, device type, timestamp, and country or timezone if available from your session.
• CTA source, location, and intent metadata used to understand how you reached the form.

Automatically Captured Website Data

When you browse our website, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from network or timezone signals.

This data helps us secure our services, understand website performance, and improve user experience.

Service Usage Data

When you use Logibee platform services under a customer agreement, we process usage, configuration, operational, and logistics-related data necessary to deliver contracted functionality. This may include geolocation, device, shipment, workforce, or routing data where enabled by the customer and permitted by applicable law.

Background location or device data may be processed where required for core logistics functionality configured by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining lawful bases for workforce or end-user data they submit to Logibee.

Logibee AI and ChatGPT Integration

Logibee AI is an optional, authenticated interface that provides shipment information through ChatGPT. Users connect an authorized Logibee account through OAuth, and access remains limited by the permissions already assigned to that account.

The public V1 integration supports exactly three read-only capabilities: shipment search, shipment details and current status, and shipment timeline or history. Logibee returns only the filtered operational information required to answer an authorized request through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration. Logibee operational systems may contain additional information that is not exposed to ChatGPT.

ChatGPT and OpenAI receive the filtered information required to answer the user's request and may process that information under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Logibee does not control those independent practices.

Users can disconnect Logibee AI through the relevant ChatGPT connection controls and can revoke or reconnect access when needed. The data-retention, security, access, correction, deletion, and other privacy-rights provisions in this Policy continue to apply to Logibee's processing of information used by the integration.

• The integration intentionally excludes phone numbers, email addresses, full addresses, coordinates, one-time passwords (OTPs), proof or signature URLs, backend JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), OAuth tokens, and raw backend data transfer objects (DTOs).

Depending on jurisdiction, we process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required—for example, for certain marketing communications or optional form fields.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limitations on deletion or retention.

Sharing With Service Providers

We share personal data with trusted service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics, customer support, billing, and infrastructure operations. These providers process data under contractual obligations requiring confidentiality, security, and lawful processing.

We do not sell or lease personal data to third parties. Disclosures to law enforcement, regulators, or courts occur only when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Google Sheets / Email / Internal Lead Processing

Discovery Session submissions may be processed through internal systems including secure email notifications and, where configured, append-only logging to Google Sheets or similar workflow tools used by Logibee sales and operations teams.

Access to lead data is limited to authorized personnel with a business need to review inquiries, schedule conversations, and follow up on requests.

Cross-Border Processing

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in India and other countries where Logibee or its subprocessors operate. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.

Customers and website visitors are responsible for ensuring lawful transfer requirements in their jurisdictions are satisfied where applicable.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, providing services under contract, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

Discovery form submissions may be retained for sales follow-up, pipeline tracking, and audit purposes for a commercially reasonable period unless deletion is requested and permitted by law. You may request deletion subject to contractual or legal retention requirements.

Data Security

We implement technical, operational, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is completely secure, and you should protect your account credentials.

In the event of a significant data breach affecting personal data, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to request data portability where applicable.
